Telegram est une application et un service de messagerie instantanée multiplateforme en freemium hébergé dans un cloud. L’application cliente est gratuite, libre et open source, sous licence GPLv3, disponible sur smartphone ainsi que sur ordinateur et en tant qu’application web.
